May 15, 2006 - The Rain hasn't stopped and the fields are not dry in the New England Area. The Rox's players have arrive and the first stop was a visit to TJO Sports for a practice on May 9th. Manager Chris Miyake and players fell in love with the opportunity to be able to train with a full size infield, 18 batting cages, and much more on days they can not get on the field. The forcast hasn't been good and 25 Rox players have reported to Brockton ready to start playing. They are schedule for a scrimmage on May 16th and it will be a test for the first time on the field. The TJO Sports Staff is excited to have the Brockton Rox utilize the facility and call it there official work out facility. This partnership can only help both businesses who both work on the development of players. Two family orientated businesses working together to make the surrounding baseball towns better can work well. The Rox are great role models for players who aspire to play baseball.
