Ryan Stadanlick

A Pennsylvania native, Ryan attended Pennsbury High School where he was a three year starter. Before his graduation in 2002, Ryan was named the 2002 Bucks County Player of the Year, and was viewed as one of the top players in all of Pennsylvania. Ryan then went on to attend St. Joseph’s University where he was a two-year starter at shortstop for the 2003 and 2004 seasons.

In 2004, Ryan played in the Cape Cod League for the Harwich Mariners. Although he came in as a shortstop, the coaches gave him some pitching opportunities, which led to coaches and scouts realizing his pitching potential.

In 2005, Ryan was drafted in the 10th round by the Baltimore Orioles. Ryan spent the next few years playing in various levels of A ball within the Orioles organization. He pitched for the Bluefield Orioles in the Appalachian League and the Aberdeen Ironbirds in the N.Y. Penn League.

During his time in the minor leagues Ryan was clocked throwing as hard as 96 mph. All of the instructors at TJO Sports are top notch, and Ryan fits right in. He is calm, cool and collected. He is enjoyable to talk to and has the ability to get his point across in a fun, exciting, and easy-going way.
